Miles and I were were playing and all of a sudden there was a shift in roles. Miles had his paci in his mouth and and we were looking at each other and I opened my mouth and he put his paci in my mouth, and began to crack up. He was laughing so hard that I think I hear his Pamper pop! I'm thinking to myself, does he think he's the Daddy? Nahhhhh! So I did it again and the same thing happened and he laughed his big boy laugh. I was all warm and fuzzy inside. In some small way he tried to pacify "mommy"!

There has been a lot going on at the Johnson House! For those of you who don't know, we are planning to move as soon as we can find a home in a good area on our budget...Good luck! We have actively been looking at houses since June of this year. That goes to show you that it is slim pickins here. Within the last three weeks we have been approved for a mortage loan and put our current house on the market @ Century 21. Things have been moving so fast that my head is spinning! We have fallen in love with this house and that house, some of which were a lil pricey! The last home we saw was a 3.5 br 1.5ba and it was on the corner. It was a good size but needed work. Ryan loved it and I was liking it a lot, we were running around putting in offers of 155,000 and she the seller agreed. The house was orig. for sale for 175,000. We put money down for good faith and all that jazz, only to have a flipper wave everything as well as an inspection! Oooooh we were pissed! So now we are back to square one. We looked at another home on the same block and wanted 180,000 and it was way smaller! We got on Saturday to look at 3 more homes incl the 5br 2 ba. Cross your fingers!

Next order of business! It is official, Miles is turning into a vampire! His top canine teeth are coming in instead of the normal fronts! I stumbled across them by accident one day.
Miles is growing more and more comfortable with cruising around the house, climbing the stairs now trying to use the banister and jumping in his crib! I just love to see him grow and develop his personality. He is a "ham", he truely knows how to get attention and push buttons. Tommorrow Miles turns 10 months... where does the time go?

Today I sold our home to a family friend. So now I can take it off the market!!!!!!! Yay! I hated strangers wandering thru my house and I think someone stole my $7 ... I still haven't found!
Anyhoo, we fill out paper work for the sale of our houses and go look at some more.

An Antique

Thirty-three years ago my mother decided to get me a sterling silver cup that had my name engraved on it. What a precious cup for a precious girl!

My mom found this cup and was black from the tarnish. After a good polishing it is as good as new.

She thought that I'd like to have it now I have precious child of my very own. I actually have something from my childhood that my son can use as well. How neat is that?

I just wanted to share the treasure!

13 Things that are currently stressing me!

• Realtors making appointments to show my house at any friggin hour of the day!
• Cleaning the tornado wrecked house so that it can be shown.
• Should be cleaning instead of blogging.
• Still haven't found a job!
• Had to decline the offer to the 5br 2ba. Too much $$$$$$$$$$$$!
• Found another home orig. asking price was 175 was reduced to 169, we talked them down to 155. She accepted the offer! Needs Work! Exactly what I don't want to do! Still great house.
• This is the 2nd time I'm typing this!
• We need to sell this house!
• I can't remember whatI typed the first time!
• I promise my readers that i will have a better t13 next week!
• Dust bunnies multiply like real damn rabbits!
• I think my rabbit is going to die soon!
• I haven't begun to pack!

I don't wanna go!

This weekend we went to Cherry Hill, Nj to a Babies R Us and it is way better than the one in Philly! This place sold maternity clothes, had a photo center, and the ride The Zoe Mobile. We put Miles in it and put the money in and it began to move. Miles was facinated by it. Well when it was time to go Miles threw a fit and did not want to go . Who knew he'd love it so much!

I'm sorry !

I do apologize to the people who loyally come and check out my blog, there hasn't been much for you to read. The truth is we are trying to move out of our home and into a new one and it had been very nerve racking! I'm stressed and ready dedicate songs to a shot glass!

I kid, we literally drive around in neighborhoods looking for FOR SALE signs. The people who live there probably are thinking call 911! We have been house hunting since June! But it looks looks like we are getting closer.

I got one seller to come down $9600 5BR 2BA and another to come down 10,000 4BR 2.5BA. So I go see 2 more and Wednesday we make a decision!
Wish us luck, no strike that, we need prayers!.

This is a picture of Miles when he was 5 days old! Where is this little warm bundle that I brought home? All he wanted to do was eat, sleep, be held and check people out!

Ok, by now most of you know that we want to move ASAP and have also read my T13 about moving! We went to look at houses AGAIN! This time it is about 20mins by car to this location! When I saw it in the web my heart weeped. I just knew that there had to be something wrong with the house. It is a 3br 2ba and breakfast nook!

We went with our real estate agent and took us on a tour. OMG! Usually the photos that are on the web are deceiving but they were on the money honey! I'm sure that you'll agree! The only thing wrong was that It wasn't big enuf, surprisingly! That and the kitchen was small as well!

Today, we went to another home it was 4br 2.5ba and it didn't have anything on the one next door to it that is for sale as well. All of the character is gone. Well off to look at more homes! To my loyal readers please weigh in.

1. Someone was shot by police in our backyard!

2. Neighborhood is not getting any better!

3. People will pee all over your sidewalk.

4. I have come home to people I don't know sitting on the steps of my OWN home!

5. I want a safer environment for Miles to live in.

7. Did I mention someone was shot in our backyard!

8. There is no parking in front of our house all handicapped accessible and no one is anymore!

9. Majority of my windows do not open!

10. I don't see myself here for 30yrs event though we got a seven yr mortage.

12. Big toilet pipe needs to be replaced b4 it explodes!
